You are ready to build your next home, now what? Absaroka Construction is with you every step of the way. Here is what you can expect during your planning stages.
Pre-construction Planning
We will work with you to establish a time frame for start and completion of your new home build. Choose a location and establish targets for square footage and budget for your home.
We will put our knowledge and experience building in the Big Horn Basin to work for you!
Construction
Once we have your floor plan and architectural design in place, we can start the construction process.
We move quickly and coordinate all the details for you keeping quality construction in mind from start to finish.
Design Process
We have established relationships with trusted contractors to complete every aspect of your project. From the architectural design to interior finish details, we will work with you to make your vision come to life! Some of our clients know exactly what they want for every detail of their home. Other clients are stressed by all the options available. You can select every detail of your home, or if you prefer to be more hands off in the design process, we can narrow choices down to a few options based on your preferences, or we can simply make a recommendation and you can approve or revise. We are here to make the design process as stress free and enjoyable as possible.
Warranty
Our homes are high quality and we stand behind our work. When your home is completed you will be provided with a copy of our 1 year builder's warranty.
